Matrindella started with a simple observation: cats want to be exactly where you are — usually on your keyboard. We design pet comfort essentials that give cats their own space at your side, so they get the closeness they crave and you get your desk back.
Our debut cat desk bed pairs a fluffy, anxiety-relieving nest with an industrial-grade clamp frame. Two colorways, one promise: warm, quiet company with zero interference.

Place the clamp on your desk edge and turn the bottom knob until it grips firmly with no wobble.
Slide the pole into the clamp base and lock the support arm with the side knob at the height you want.
Slide the fabric cover over the metal frame, snap the tubes together, and zip it up.
Bolt the finished nest onto the support arm, tighten it fully so it cannot spin, then rotate it to your cat's favorite angle.

I found that the bracket can be mounted 2 different ways. I like having it lower so my bigger cat has an easier time jumping into it.

Just be sure to attach it to a nice sturdy desk or table. Initially, I tried to attach it to her cat tree, but it wasn't very sturdy.

The nest hangs from a single bolt. Tighten it and both pole knobs firmly, then re-check them after the first week.

The Matrindella desk cat bed was really easy to put together and mount onto my desk. My cats have instantly loved it since they like to stay close. I found that the bracket can be mounted 2 different ways. I like having it lower so my bigger cat has an easier time jumping into it… The bracket doesn't slip when secured so it won't move around with the cats jumping in and out of it… I have a very petite Russian Blue cat and a hefty tuxedo cat, so far it's been able to hold both their weights with no problem.
I got this cat bed for my daughter's desk. We have four cats, and they all like to visit her room when she's working at her desk and get in her way… So far, all of the cats love it. One in particular lies in it just about all day long… I've adjusted the cat bed so that it sits "low" on the flagpole (ie, just slightly higher than the desktop surface). That positioning probably makes it feel more stable than if it were at the top of the flagpole.
Very versatile because you could put this bed in an elevated position and almost any area that has a corner you could put this on. It's very easy to set up… And since I do have it next to me at my computer desk, I now have my little buddies able to lay next to me without getting all over my desk.
This is a very solid bed. It's easy to put together, is nice and fluffy, and also easy to clamp onto a desk. If you want a nice space for your kitty to stay close, consider this. If you have a Maine Coon or similarly sized giant cat, this might be a bit too small, but average-sized cats will fit just fine.
I think since this one has a firm base and is softer than the material on her cat tree, she adjusted pretty quickly to it. The material that covers the bed is very soft and fluffy so it seems like it would be comfortable… Plus, the bracket to attach it to a desk or table is sturdy… Overall, it's a nice cat bed and my cat likes it.

The clamp fits desk and table edges up to 2.75 in (7 cm) thick and needs about 3.15 in (8 cm) of clear space underneath the edge, so avoid spots blocked by a drawer or a frame rail. Anti-slip pads protect the surface, and it leaves no marks when removed. Clamp it to a solid desk or table — a cat tree or a flimsy shelf will make the whole bed feel wobbly.
It is rated for cats up to 50 lbs, and owners with 12 lb cats report no movement when their cats jump in and out. The clamp, pole, and support arm are metal; the round platform is a padded board that folds flat for shipping and bolts to the arm. Tighten that bolt and both pole knobs firmly during setup, and re-check them after the first week — that single bolt is what keeps the nest from spinning.
Most owners describe it as a quick, easy setup — clamp, pole, cover, nest. The step-by-step video above walks through all four steps, and the same video is behind the QR code on the card in your box.
All cushion covers are fully detachable and washable, so you can quickly remove cat hair, dust, and stains to keep the nest clean and odor-free.
The nest is 16.9 in (43 cm) across with a 3.54 in (9 cm) bolster, which suits kittens through average adult cats comfortably. If you share your desk with a Maine Coon or another giant breed, reviewers found it a tight fit — tell our support team and we will help you sort it out.
